There was a time when my co-founder and I were paid to do manual data entry and data reconciliation. Eventually, we came out of it alive.
Yet most mid-market companies still run on multiple systems to manage complex data, and at the end of the day that data can be wrong, because it is entered by hand at the very point where it originates. In this AI-driven era, what businesses need is every data point verified by backend pipelines running 24/7, and every record reconciled through statistical models and a customised anomaly engine.
Every company I have worked with runs on more than one system: Tally for the books, an ERP for orders, Excel for everything in between, and WhatsApp and email for the rest. Each one is right on its own. Together, they disagree.
A delivery leaves the building and is never invoiced. A vendor bills for 500 metres when 480 arrived. The same supplier exists three times under three spellings. None of it is fraud, and none of it is anyone's fault. It is simply money that falls into the gaps between systems that nobody reads together.
We built Sukyaan to read them together: to connect every system a business already uses, check every record against every other, and close each gap with a control that stops it from coming back.
We made three promises along the way. We will never ask you to move your data. We will never use it to train an AI. And nothing changes in your books until a person on your team approves it.
That is the company we intend to be. Thank you for considering us.
